Bettina Bohren, born 02.10.1966

is your host and soul of the house, who takes care of the leisurely atmosphere in and around the hotel.

After finishing her training as a teacher at the NMS school in Bern, she moved to Grindelwald.

After a break as full-time mother and housewife she received the opportunity to take over the hotel run by her parents-in-law. In spring 1999 the second generation of Bohrens, fully motivated and full of new ideas took over the running of the hotel, keeping its familiarity.

Hobby: ski, hiking, horse riding

Peter Bohren, born 16.01.1963

is joint partner in the company Prantl Bauplaner AG – he is working as a civil engineer. Besides his fulltime job he has a political position at the municipal of Grindelwald.

Christine Bohren, born 23.10.1988
lives in Bern. She finished high school in summer 2007. She now works as an accountant in Bern after having studied economics.

Therese Bohren, born 31.03.1990
finished high school in summer 2009. She did her teaching studies at the University of Fribourg. She lives and workes now in Unterseen.

Peter Bohren, born 01.04.1993
finished high school in summer 2012. He did an internship at Prantl Bauplaner AG and  joined for 1 1/2 years the army. An other internship in dad’s Company did follow from January till August 2014. Now he does his studies in Burgdorf.

Stefanie Bohren, born 15.04.1999
finished school in Grindelwald and after an other schoolyear with internship in Hotel Artos in Interlaken she started her education in Hotel Artos in Interlaken as businesswomen.
She is our deputy on the reception desk, she likes the contact with our guests.

Senior Chef Peter Bohren, born 01.05.1932
lives in Trimstein and is enjoying his well earned retirement. He enjoys walking, hiking and travelling around Switzerland.
