Hotel CABANA Garni AG requires a credit card guarantee upon conclusion of the contract.
20-30 days before arrival we will charge your credit card with the total amount. The credit card receipt must be signed at check-in. Please have your credit card and an official document ready at check-in. The credit card holder must be present and sign the receipt.

If a guest does not have a credit card, there is the possibility of a deposit:
100% of the arrangement price is to be paid into our account 30 days prior to arrival.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Room and parking are guaranteed from 4pm. On departure day room and parking have to be left until 11am.

We do spot checks in the rooms during check out. All damages have to be reported. If damages are not reported before departure, a penalty fee of CHF 100.00 will be charged in addition to the damage amount.
For damages that are demonstrably caused by the tenant during the stay, the tenant must pay in full.
